Is there a minimum order?: No. You can order a single T-shirt, and quantity discounts start at 20 pieces per product.
What file should I send?: Vector files (SVG, PDF, AI or EPS) are best for logos. Otherwise send a large PNG with a transparent background. Photos should be at least 150 dpi at print size; the designer warns you when an image is too small.
Print or embroidery?: Print suits full-colour artwork, photos and large designs on the front or back. Embroidery looks premium and lasts, and suits a bold logo with up to about 6 colours.
Is it cheaper if I order more?: Yes, per product: 15% off from 20 pieces, 25% from 50 and 35% from 100. The designer applies it as you enter quantities.
Which decoration methods do you offer?: DTF, sublimation, screen printing for bulk orders, UV and UV DTF printing, and vinyl (HTV). On this site, T-shirts are printed in vinyl (HTV, including full-colour printable vinyl) or embroidered.
How long does it take?: We confirm your production date on WhatsApp before we start. After production, delivery takes a day in Dubai and 2–3 business days to other emirates.
Will I see a proof before you make it?: Yes. After you send your order, we confirm the price and send you a proof of your artwork on WhatsApp, and nothing is made until you approve it.
How do I pay?: Payment is arranged with you on WhatsApp after we confirm your order.
Is there a setup fee?: Printing has no setup fee. Embroidery needs a one-time 90 AED digitising fee per new logo, waived from 20 pieces, and we keep the file for reorders.
How is a vinyl (HTV) print priced?: By three things: the size of the design on each side (up to 10×10 cm, A5, A4, A3 or larger), the vinyl material (standard and matte cost the least; glitter, metallic, flock, holographic, puff, glow-in-the-dark and reflective cost more), and how many different materials or colours it uses, because each one is cut, weeded and pressed separately. The designer shows the price side by side as you design.
Can I bring my own T-shirt?: Yes. Tick "Use my own garment" in the designer: you pay the decoration plus a 15 AED handling fee per piece. Items must be clean and new, in cotton, polyester or poly-cotton (not nylon, coated, leather or silk). Drop them at our Al Qusais workshop or send by courier. We are not liable for defects in, or heat damage to, customer-supplied items.
Can I mix sizes and colours?: Yes. Enter quantities per size in the designer. Different colours of the same product count together towards the quantity discount when the design is the same.
Do you deliver outside Dubai?: Yes, we deliver across the UAE: Dubai next day, other emirates in 2–3 business days (some remote areas may not be available). Delivery is free over AED 75. You can also collect from our warehouse in Al Qusais, Monday to Saturday 10:30 to 15:30.
What if something is wrong with my order?: If it differs from the approved proof or is faulty, we reprint it free. Tell us within 7 days of delivery.
Can I use a logo or character I found online?: Only if you own it or have permission. You confirm this when you order, and we may refuse artwork that infringes someone else's rights.
